The Newport Gardens Early Years Centre (NGEYC), located on the Newport Gardens Primary School site on the corner of Maddox and Rosshire Roads, Newport, is a state of the art, early year’s community facility providing Hobsons Bay children and their families with health, education and care services. Early Childhood Management Services (ECMS) has been appointed by Hobsons Bay Council to manage the Newport Gardens Early Years Centre.
